  1. How do I make an appointment?
  • You can make an appointment via our appointment form by completing all the required information. Once we have received your submission, you will receive a (phone call / SMS / WhatsApp message) to confirm your appointment, then you are all set!

  1. Does Beacon TCM accept walk-in patients?
  • We do accept walk-in patients within the operating hours based on the availability of the practitioner. However, we will prioritise patients who have made an appointment with us, hence we advise you to make an appointment with us at least ONE(1) day in advance.

    1. How do I choose a suitable practitioner?
    • You can speak to us at the general hotline +6011 1088 9066 and we will advise you accordingly. Alternatively, you can complete the enquiry form. We will respond to your query within ONE(1) working day.

    1. What do I need to prepare for my first visit?
    • For your first visit, be sure to bring along important medical reports, radiology films, and discharge reports (if any). If you are currently on any medication, take a photo of the medicine packaging. Dress comfortably in loose clothing and convenient footwear.

    1. What is the best way to get to Beacon TCM centre?
    • We are located at Lot 3-50, 3rd floor of Amcorp Mall. 
      1. Make your way to Shine Shine Car Wash at shopping mall parking level B1.
      2. Take the nearest elevator (Lobby A) to the 3rd floor.
      3. Turn to the right at Cellnique.
      4. Beacon TCM is located next to Haeun Gwan Korean Restaurant.

    • Beacon TCM comprises a variant of expertise including pain management, TCM Oncology, and TCM Internal Medicine. Our certified practitioners will be able to advise on the best suited treatment for you.
